Cool room with the dirtiest bathroom. Ideal, comfortable location in Deira district next to restaurant $ grocery store.

i enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were courteous. the room was spacious and cheap in lower floors, with essentials required.
Facilities were very good, though internet connection was weak.

Perfect hotel close to a metro station. Budget and neat units available with toileteries and the fridge bathroom, for example. Very helpful and exceptionally courteous staff, early check in. Certainly a pleasant experience for longer stay in Dubai.

There was a laud noise of a night club during the night, I couldn't sleep. There was nothing in the mini bar, even a bottle of water. The swimming pool is closed after 4 pm, so I couldn't use it during my stay. The reception guy was rude.

Only the African Club.
I have reserved Delux King size room through Booked.net & confirmed, but when I reached the hotel they told me there are no available rooms (King).

Location is not bad.
1. Price. 2. Noisy. While I was on the sixth floor were heard sounds of music in the nights (till around 3 am). 3. Lock the doors need to fix them. So for 3 nights while I stayed in the hotel I could not open door without assistance of staff. 3. No free access to internet.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
